Currento Assign jobs to Assistant Manager, Officers in accordance with daily production plan, monitor and control their performance. o Responsible for the overall security of the area with respect to equipment, product and its accessories and other company assets. o To prepare the operating budget of the unit ensuring that the Production forecast can be achieved at minimum costs. o To prepare the data on process, time, materials, yields etc. on which the production schedules & standard product costs are to be based. o Prepare monthly/yearly capacity planning and long term capacity analysis. o Strive to conduct packaging operations in a fully controlled manner to meet the quality requirements of Pfizer. o Prepare and implement yearly EHS objectives for department. o Prepare investigation, deviation reports and change controls in QTS. o To prepare an effective cost improvement program for the unit and to ensure its implementation in consultation with the Production Manager / Production Department Head. o Active involvement in PHP, OE, technology transfer and innovation projects. o Responsible to maintain one Production System in an Area according to IMEx ,Operating Standards as a PCT lead o Work on any other assignment given by production head.o Conduct EHS and GMP internal audits.
