Didn't specialize too much too early and acquired some skills that will always be in demand.2. Experimented, learned by trial and error, and wasn't afraid to make mistakes.3. Regularly searched for new opportunities, internally or externally, whenever the skill set had become no longer a challenge.4. Studied, traveled, lived and worked in different countries.5. Started my own venture. Entrepreneurs are needed, and nothing is better than real experience.6. Invested in my friends and network. A strong global network that I can tap on and that makes me more independent and valuable.7. Didn't get too dependent on material things. The less you own, the less financial obligations you have, the more antifragile you become. When you work somewhere, the best feeling is: I work here because I like it, not because I have no other choice.8. Read ANTIFRAGILE, the amazing book of Taleb, and draw your own lessons.
