Responsible for Wyndham Hotel Group’s growth strategy for the LatAm & Caribbean Region, providing leadership and strategic guidance to the development team, driving growth for all brands throughout the region to increase the size and scope of the portfolio of affiliated hotels under the company's brands.Instrumental for the growth of Region footprint from less than 100 hotels to more than 200 in 5 years, leading a dedicated team of development professionals in key markets, building relationships which led to the execution of franchise and management agreements and key acquisitions.
