I help to ensure that the client will have a smooth transition of their data from the old system into the new system. This includes cleaning up the data, understanding how it maps into the new system, and migrating it to the new system. It also includes supporting the client after the data has been migrated into the new system and answering emails/questions from time to time from the client on a low to middle level.

Process and maintains data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases with the use of technical and financial knowledge. Maintain data accuracy by applying financial knowledge and research skills, as well as consistent communication with external clients. Develops expertise in data related issues and build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets. Proactively determines and resolve cases with regards to data problems.

Prepares and sends, after checking and approval of the supervising officer, all Abstracts of Collections (including SSS and Phil health), with required supporting documents to appropriate units. Responds to Customer’s account inquires and assists in monitoring and follows up documentary deficiencies of accounts opened.
