I bring 20+ years of experience in healthcare, academic, and other learning and innovation industries and an award-winning career in multiple leadership roles at the US Department of Veterans Affairs, one of the largest organizations in the United States. And with my continued commitment to advocacy and empowerment of women’s leadership and diverse leadership, my company received the 2021 Corporate Philanthropy Award from Triangle Business Journal, including serving on multiple advisory boards in alignment with these social justice values.I hold a PhD in clinical psychology, Master’s degree in counseling, and certificates in business essentials and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). I'm also certified in Lean Six Sigma (green belt); Transformational and Mentor Coaching; as an ADHD provider; and in multiple assessments including DiSC and Five Behaviors.
