With over three years of experience as an Office Manager at Bay View Home Hardware, I am passionate about providing excellent customer service, efficient administration, and a positive work environment for my team and our clients. I have a Master of Arts in English and Film Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, where I also worked as a Teaching Assistant for a year, developing my skills in university teaching, communication, and research. I also have experience as a Tutor-Mentor at TutorBright, where I helped students improve their academic performance and confidence in various subjects, especially English. I have also been recognized with the Ross and Doris Dixon Special Needs Volunteer Award for my contribution to the notetaking program at Laurier.
