As a business team manager, my responsibilities are :1.Set the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives, and I need to ensure the targets are realistic and achievable.2. Know each sales representative well,and must understand who can perform a particular task in the most effective way.3.Motivate and help team members to achieve annual goals.Track their performances, Ask them to submit a report of what they have done through out the week and month.Besides, we would have a short meeting everyday to go through one day's work. 4.Collect and provide customers' comments to production department,help them to improve products' quality.
