Hello, my name is Miracle Matthews. I am a current freshman at Fayetteville State University, majoring in Social Work. Some of the most rewarding parts of community service for me is the ability to interact with and help families and people in trouble. Whenever it's helping at a local pantry, organizing an item of clothing drive, or taking an active role in neighborhood restoration initiatives, I've seen that such endeavors not solely assist individuals who need aid, additionally they draw people jointly and develop a feeling of community. Volunteering in community service has also helped me have a better knowledge of the difficulties and requirements in my community. This has widened my perspective to the everyday challenges that many individuals experience and encouraged me to get more active in bringing about beneficial change. As a whole, my community service involvement has been extremely rewarding and has strengthened my faith in the need to provide and to assist others. I think that anyone can help make the community more wonderful, and I am happy for having the chance to participate in my own manner.
