As a Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) advocate, I support the implementation of program's GESI activities. - Excelled as the Program Manager for the Energy Sector Women's Leadership Initiative which empowered over 1000 women with requisite leadership skills in Africa, Middle East and Asia- Supported the Nigerian Minister of Power to coordinate a multi stakeholder National Policy Dialogue for the development of the Integrated National Electricity Policy and Strategic Implementation Plan mandated by the 2023 Electricity Policy Act in Nigeria.- Championed the development and management of the Growing Green Jobs for Women in Nigeria aimed at upskilling women with core technical clean energy skills for opportunities in the green economy empowering over 700 persons and 50 organizations while collaborating closely with Lagos State Government, USAID and other partners.- Led the coordination of the State Government and Distribution Companies Rural Electrification Roundtable dialogue to foster collaboration and discuss implementation of Nigeria’s new electricity act.- Develops and strengthen new partnership across Africa's energy sector value chain while managing stakeholders in government, private, and civil society organizations to foster effective alliances and partnerships.-Unlocks access to capacity building opportunities, resources and finance for clean energy entrepreneurs in Sub-Saharan Africa through Investor Pitch Competitions.
