Mostly it's about retirement, how to invest best for their situation and what to do in major life moments (death of a loved one, divorce, job change, etc.). Since these are usually really stressful times, I try to lighten them while I enlighten them. As a dedicated husband, father, business owner and community member, I am not afforded time for hobbies—however, if I did, they would involve being outside, especially in the water or in the woods. Other things that I think are great: museums, breweries, galleries, fine arts performances, reading/listening to historical books and watching movies.
