I take ownership in all I do. I have failed, a ton of times, but I have also won, in a lot of other things. I am smart, but there are a lot of people smarter than me. Products and services must be centered around actual feedback from what the customer and users need and want, and communicated in such a way that they can spend a ton, and still be able to justify the purchaseI work in content, and so you already know I'm not uptight, but I am never content untill the little details of my job is done right. My work is one of passion; I'm want to work the extra hours, fine tune every detail, test and test untill it's working perfectly. Because I'm a sucker for posterity. I believe that leadership is entirely by inspiration because I've worked with leaders, and the greatest ones are those that gets you to run with vision like it's your own.And I do it all for my family.
