Growing up, I discovered that writing was the best way for me to express myself. And so I wrote letters, diaries, short stories, and even captions for my friends' Facebook posts. As I grew older, I learned how to monetise this skill by freelancing and writing about topics I am passionate about, some of which are women's issues, mental health, society, and culture.Now, with over three years of experience, I have established myself as a Grant-winning content writer and a UI/UX designer. I have written over 30+ original, engaging articles, and using SEO techniques, some of my articles have ranked high on search engine result pages. I have also collaborated with different reputable publications to tell women's stories and give them a voice. In addition, I have written high-performing newsletters that boosted audience engagement by over 110%. I have also written e-mail content, collaborated with the marketing team on brand campaigns to conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and develop persuasive ad copy.I won the Amaka Studio Creator Grant for 2022/2023. As a UI/UX designer, I specialise in creating visually appealing mobile apps and websites that are user-centred. Using industry-standard design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Miro, etc., I conduct thorough user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability studies to ensure the best user experience. My dedication to ensuring my innovative designs exceed expectations is driven by my quest to make life easier for users while ensuring inclusivity.
