Responsibilities, Functions, Job Description:• Responsible for all technical documentation for assigned project / department / unit, internal or from suppliers, partners or clients, as principal document/information management tool.o Ensure that all documentation is properly controlled, archived, readily retrievable and securedo Expedite outstanding documentation and commentso Process feedback and forward relevant documents both internally and externallyo Follow-up and secure timely delivery of all technical documentation• Ensure adherence to Document Control procedures and Work Instructions, and, if applicable, Client requirements• Work closely with and actively support all relevant departments• Maintain knowledge of applicable standards or where the information can be obtained, and ensure that Document Control is carried out in accordance with applicable standards• Contribute to company procedures and guidelines for the Document Control function, continuously seeking improvements to document handling• Other responsibilities as assigned
