Responsibilities and achievements:• Administer a complex network or group of networks typically consisting of approximately more than 75 Nodes, utilizing one or more TCP/IP or non TCP/IP networking protocols and/or more Windows Based operating systems.• Conduct various instructions for system users on specific operating systems.• Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications to identify and correct Malfunctions and Other operational difficulties.• Perform and oversee software application, installation and upgrade, maintain Site Licenses for organizations.• To maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment And systems.• Network management and configuration (firewalls/Switches/Routers/VPNs/VLAN/DNS/DCHP/EIGRP/OSPF/RIP)
