• Create sales contact and sales order in SAP.• Give user support in SD Module, SAP.• Coordinate with Merchandisers for any data-related changes in SAP.• Responsible for managing data input and system updates in SAP.• Compare and verify the document's source by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information to detect duplication.• Keep all systems and process documentation regularly.• Maintain and update files regularly.• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

• Input order data in the Excel master file. • Making daily batch production reports. • Making batch handover reports to the dying department. • Making monthly total production summary & submitting it to the reporting manager. • Presents data in charts, graphs & tables for immediate reference. • Oversees all client issues & coordinates with appropriate. • Keep information confidential.
