● Carry out installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, modification, and troubleshooting of all process machinery (OSD & Sterile), HVAC system & Lab equipment.● Carry out preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance as per cGMP with proper documentation.● Troubleshooting of Electrical & Mechanical system.● To prepare and review engineering SOP.● Preparation & execution of maintenance schedule and maintenance checklist of the plant machinery.● Study to minimize Breakdown hours & maintain machine maintenance history file. ● Participate the engineering-related qualification like DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ of several types of machinery. ● Participate in all quality management activities like Deviation, Change Control, Quality Risk management, and cGMP implementation throughout manufacturing activities.● Involved in fabrication work. ● Ensure the quality of engineering items and spare parts.● Follow up safety equipment & firefighting system.

● Responsible for installation and maintenance of all machinery at process (OSD) facilities.● The Mediseal Blister/auto-cartooning & Uhlmann Blister/auto-cartooning machine, Tablet Compression, Coating, Encapsulation machine troubleshooting & maintenance.● To execute proper documentation work according to the SOP.● To coordinate the job of technicians and helpers.● To perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of all machinery in the process area (OSD).● To prepare and review engineering SOP, DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ documents and conduct training for subordinates.

● Machine maintenance & operation: (Labeling m/c, Automatic liquid filling m/c, Cap sealing m/c, Semi-automatic cartooning machine, Induction sealer, Inkjet coding m/c, Shrink tunnel m/c, Tube filling sealing m/c, Automatic sleeve m/c, 2 track filling m/c, Wrapper m/c, Conveyor belt), & Boiler, Generator, Compressor maintenance & operating). ● Identify all issues in the team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards daily.● Supervise the effective working of production personnel and prepares effective maintenance schedules.● Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all maintenance plans.● Maintain Relevant Documentation.
