As a Resourcing Specialist at Kelly OCG my role is to deliver a solution and quality focused service to a portfolio of internal and external clients. (I.e hiring managers and recruitment agencies). This role works in partnership with Scheme 0007 suppliers to deliver successful contingent labour resourcing outcomes for our NSW client. As a Resourcing Specialist for the Department of NSW Education, my role is to support the recruitment and staffing needs as well as provide workforce solutions for the contingent market. My role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
