Employed as a Travel agent for an online travel agency. I received 7 weeks of training in customer care, marketing and the systems Amadeus and Sabre, which are used in the aviation industry. Thereafter, my daily tasks were helping customers with current bookings or by helping them booking a new one. These tasks were mainly rebooking’s, cancellations, additional services etc. Mainly took care of Scandinavian customers.

Employed as a telemarketer and marketed various types of insurances. Received training in marketing.

Was employed by as a substitute teacher for students in primary schools, wherever there was personal needed. As a substitute teacher I mostly assisted the main teachers by holding an extra eye on the students during classes and breaks and helped them with their school assignments. For a longer period of time I even acted as a personal assistant to students in need of extra help. During this time, I was in charge of planning the weeks together with the other teachers.
