𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:- Manage petty cash request and relevant budgeting process𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:- Record accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software (Sage ERP 300)- Ensure proper recording of all sorts of accounting transactions of the company- Follow-up vendor’s and other party payments- Follow-up vendor’s documentary requests on need basis- Manage vendor’s workorder log on perpetual basis - Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation statements- Bank credit analysis to summarize cash movements periodically- Ensure proper TDS & VDS Calculation & making Challan & Deposit to the govt. treasury- Ensure preparation and submission of monthly VDS & TDS return- Maintain petty cash in monthly basis𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Providing Financial data for monthly reporting- Providing Financial data regarding vendors to the management, in need basis𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and Tax authorities- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:- Assisting team to prepare audit planning & determine audit approach for clients.- Performing control test and suggest for improvements for lack of control in client’s processes.- Performing both analytical procedures and substantive testing as an overall audit procedure.- Staying updated and applying new pronouncement of accounting and auditing standards for services.
