I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology, proudly serving North Bay, Ontario. I specialize in trauma therapy for individuals of all ages and couples, bringing over a decade of experience working with children, youth, and families. My expertise includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2). I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDR Consultant-in-Training. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care through a trauma-informed and systemic approach for children, youth, adults, and couples. My path to becoming a psychotherapist has been diverse and enriching. Beyond psychotherapy, I've been an office administrator, business owner/operator of Tacos Don Poncho food truck, youth worker, behaviour specialist, and have extensive experience in the service industry. I'm also pursuing a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and am dedicated to community support.
