As a statistics tutor at UWL's Murphy Library Tutoring Center, I assisted up to fifteen tutees with elementary statistics in three sessions per week by developing lessons unique to the needs of each individual tutee. During these sessions, I took the time to build relationships with the tutees to build both comfort in communication and confidence in their knowledge and abilities.

As a Valley Cold Transit and Storage Assistant, I was tasked with scanning, filing, and archiving important documents for future review, including storage bills and releases. I communicated with customers via the phone and email to make transit appointments and send/receive files for transit and storage. I also assisted in the update of a new computer system after a program upgrade by using Microsoft Excel to transfer company data. My use of Microsoft Excel in this position additionally occurred in streamlining the process of finding documents by using functions to automatically update document labels, performing recordkeeping of fuel and hotel receipts to prevent billing discrepancies, and translating billing information from Microsoft Excel to the company's billing program.

As a production line employee on the Farmers to Families project, I performed various tasks efficiently and accurately as necessary by communicating with my team members to assess the project requirements. This included assessing the food quality to ensure the packaging of high-quality products and quickly changing and prioritizing tasks to assist other team members. During my employment, I adapted to working with different people based on a rotating schedule by noting with team members worked best on each task.
