Primary Duties: Designed and developed a virtual professional development course for adults employed with Central Piedmont Community College. I was assigned a voice over PowerPoint Presentation about Tips for Organizing. I was faced with the challenge to convert the presentation to an interactive, self-paced course. Throughout the internship, I completed research and a needs analysis to determine best practices for self management, organization of personal space, and organization of the workspace. Through conversion of the course, I successfully created a storyboard complete with script and instructional design notes.
