Provide mentorship, encouragement, and teach essential communication and life skills to meet academic, vocational, and personal goals for college students with disabilities.Write reports, billing notes, and email updates to guardians to show progress. Facilitate weekly group sessions and provide daily individual sessions to students in the program.

Provide best-in-class customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,Drive attainment of individual and store sales objectives & achieve individual sales goals, Assist in training and overseeing new store staff, Ensure that visual and operational elements are consistent with company standards

Coach students in study skills, time management, reading, note taking, and study strategies as well as AMC philosophy, individually and in groups.Participate in & occasionally run in mandatory weekly staff meetings.Maintain, create, and post content for the program's Instagram account.Create and distribute a weekly newsletter to keep students updated on campus events and important deadlines and information.Assist with the interview and hiring process of new peer coaches and social media team members
