Through my passion for customer service I have created a resume built with a strong history of working in the hospitality industry. I have experience with catering on many levels, bar tending, serving, event planning, customer service, food and beverage, and sales. I graduated in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science focused in Hospitality Management from Iowa State University. In addition, I took many courses on leadership and public service and achieved a Certificate by completing 21 credits.I am currently employed full-time with Explore St. Louis which began in February 2018 as an Executive Meetings Sales Manager. This opportunity will allow me continued growth and development in the industry and bring on a new challenge. The St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission (DBA Explore St. Louis) is the official destination marketing organization responsible for selling St. Louis City and St. Louis County as a convention and meeting site and as a leisure travel destination. Explore St. Louis works to attract citywide conventions, one-hotel meetings, sporting events, group tours and individual leisure travelers to St. Louis. More than 700 local and regional businesses are partners with Explore St. Louis. I am working to grow my network and build relationships with clients to excel most in my current position.
