CAD Drafting, Finish Specifications, Presentation Documents, Construction Documents, Project Management and Administration

Managed 30+ Facilities, doing all of the renovations and updates needed in the interiors of the buildings. I help with new Facility Acquisitions and Environmental Surveys of the Facilities to determine what needs to be done for safety reasons vs ROI.

I specialize in Residential Homes and Commercial Spaces with designs that reflect my clients personality and lifestyle. I make sure that the job is completed from beginning to end and that my customers are happy with the quality and craftsmanship throughout.

Sold Real Estate with a couple other Agents. Helped with Spec and Model Homes in their interior Specifications and Staged some of the homes for resale.

Assisted the Senior Designers in their projects and helped with FFE Selections and Drafting for the Designers. I also did all of the Auto-CAD work for the office while I was there. I was taught the craft of Christmas Decorating for High End Residential and Commercial Spaces. Our big project that we worked on while I was there was build a Beach House Model Home in the new Cinnamon Shores housing development in Aransas, TX. Each Designer had their own room and I was able to design a Children's Bunk Room and Restroom as well as assist with other common areas in the house.
