The British Olympic Association (BOA) is the National Olympic Committee (NOC) behind Team GB. As a keen sportswoman, I was incredibly fortunate to support the BOA across the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Plan A offers an end-to-end software platform for carbon accounting, carbon reduction and ESG reporting. Key responsibilities included:* Advised clients though the process of calculating a CCF, explaining methodological constraints and reporting requirements (SECR, CSRD, TCFD)* Assisted with the calculation of Plan A's carbon footprint, contributing to data collection and target setting* Supported the GTM strategy for UK market, managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads

Macpac is the premier outdoor retail company from New Zealand. I took on a management position whilst enjoying a working holiday career break.Key responsibilities included managing a fast paced team, overseeing daily sales targets and advising customers with my product specific expertise.

CDP is a non-profit that enables companies, cities and governments to disclose their environmental impacts. I supported with the 2022 assessment of climate change disclosures, applying a scoring methodology to responses and rating companies from A-D. Main outcomes were:* Applied scoring methodology to responses from energy, FMCG and financial industries. * Developed subject knowledge around reporting frameworks, climate related risks and sector specific transition plans. * Contributed feedback on governance and reporting sections, influenced CDPs future scoring process.

The University of Exeter declared a Climate Emergency in 2019. This project came out of an urgent need to educate students and staff about the realities of climate change. Key achievements: * Produced a 12-hour long training course on climate literacy, communicating climate science in accessible prose for students and staff. * Chaired interviews with leading academics on ‘hot’ topics.* Managed project timelines and reporting for team.

180 Degrees Consulting enables students to dedicate their time to solving complex challenges for organisations on a voluntary basis. My client was based in the hospitality industry in Singapore & Hong Kong. My project contributions included:* Refined fundraising and marketing strategies to influence donor acquisition. * Aligned their mission with the UN SDGs to appeal better with stakeholders.* Managing client relationship.

The Urban Mushroom Company is a social enterprise set up in collaboration with the impact organisation Enactus. UMC is driven by 2 core missions. Firstly, to reduce the volume of food waste polluting local environments. Secondly, to create work & volunteer opportunities for disadvantaged people in the community. My contributions covered both commercial and operational tasks. * Refined our marketing and sales process, proposing a new brand identity to drive engagement and interest. * Collaborated with a strategy consultant to help redefine the organisation’s direction. * Communicated our purpose and values to various stakeholders, raising critical funding rounds.

England Lacrosse is the national governing body for Lacrosse. The ULO role acts as a bridge between University Clubs and England Lacrosse, to ensure smooth communication of updates in the sport. Core responsibilities included the organisation and training of a team of umpires and referees. In addition to monthly reporting of participation figures, delivery of rule changes and acting as a responsible figure for the >500 member club.

Short course run by the Bright Network to introduce candidates to the professional services and consulting industry. Core sessions covered disciplines such as strategy, change management and operational consulting. Skills were assessed across a mock consulting project for the implementation of a loyalty scheme at a leading F&B brand.
