-Managed quality department, including organizing gage calibration schedules, programming the vision system, preforming first article inspection reports on aerospace parts, preparing and filing paperwork for shipment of parts, checking in of material, keeping inventory of parts, and daily checking of parts being run on the floor-Participated in an AS9100 audit, preparing documents for the quality department, as well as creating CAs for any NCRs for the company and also created the appropriate corrections to the quality/production manuals and newly needed forms-Built ERP system from the ground up, adding in hundreds of parts with routing and material, and taught the staff how to create jobs, purchase orders, and keep inventory-Implemented the shop floor function of the ERP system-Entered new parts into the ERP system with routing and material-Simplified routing in ERP to better suit ERP, as well as ease of entering parts and use on shop floor

-Designed channels that routed loose thermal wiring for test rig barrels designed to test dry gas seals-Read and edited complex drawings, as well as created Solid Edge drawings for my supervisors-Determined homes for loose equipment and helped organize the shop floor, which included designing cleaning stations based on shop floor needs-Observed masking operation for sandblasting and identified and made recommendations on methods to increase accuracy-Researched new plotters to purchase which were then used for precision sandblasting-Developed Standard Works for various machine operations
