 Development of current RN to BSN four semester schedule, altering the student experience from a strictly classroom experience to an online and hybrid learning environment, thus enabling the addition of additional courses in line with the recommendations of the AACN Bachelor of Science in Nursing essentials elements. Evaluate, interview and mentor facilitators in design, development, implementation and evaluation of undergraduate and graduate online courses and conversion of traditional classes to hybrid or 100% online for nursing curriculum. Manage inter-departmental team including: clerical support, Blackboard trainers, Graduate Assistant and transcript review to prepare student for mariculation to University hybrid learning environment.  Create strategic and marketing plan for graduate and undergraduate nursing programs, with the overall goal of increasing site locations and overall students in the program. Analyze data weekly and present reports to Dean of Graduate Studies. Creative production of application and recruitment materials, radio and television advertisements and website development working directly with the Director of University Relations.  Establish admissions tracking procedure to alert all admissions team personnel as well as the student to what was required to complete admissions packet. Increased my admissions team performance by 20% and was adopted for usage company-wide. Responsible for training and maintenance of enrolled nursing students in the adult undergraduate program and graduate program and adjunct faculty in Citrix, Blackboard, and WIMBA. Lead facilitator, course developer for Computer Applications in Nursing, NUR 235 course. Responsible for training adjunct faculty to teach the course.
