As a rental associate, I provided the correct ski equipment to guests visiting our resort. I also ran the computer to search for different reservations.

As a Program Coordinator, I planned 3-5 day trips with schools to our facility. Once those trips were planned I implemented a schedule for both staff and the school. I also planned weekend retreats for large Girl Scout service units. When not scheduling, I mentored a small group of staff. This included evaluating their teaching and meeting with them one on one.

As an aerial guide, I lead many different activities. Our biggest activity was our mountain top zipline which included 8 ziplines totaling approximately 1 1/2 miles. We also had an adventure park that had 2 ropes course levels, a rock wall, and a zipline. I also lead teambuilding for different groups.

At inside out I lead both backpacking and teambuilding programs for schools.

I supervised and scheduled a core staff team of 10 trip leaders. Aside from that I planned trips with outside companies. When not planning trips I helped with the upkeep and organization of camp and programming.

As a wilderness field guide I provided care to teems in need while backpacking and camping.

As a trip leader and I planned and led trips for campers aged 7-15. These trips included day hikes, backpacking, canoeing, and white water rafting. When not leading trips I helped with activities around camp.

As an instructor, I taught both academic and adventure classes. Academic classes were taught outside using our property as a classroom. Adventure classes included belaying at the rock wall, canoeing, kayaking, and a high ropes course. We taught classes to children from 3rd-12th grade on field trips.In 2020, once covid hit, our programming stopped and I began to do maintenance projects such as painting, weed eating, and other special projects.
