Accountable for demonstrating effective analytical skills to assure appropriate response and resolution to: Process renewal endorsements in a timely manner to assure correct information appears on the renewal declarations page. Review daily and monthly check disbursement reports to identify discrepancies and resolving as required. Identify banking discrepancies and resolve with appropriate banking personnel as needed. Provide cash information for various reports and journal entries to members of the department. Perform functions relating to placement of stop payments on corporate and subsidiaries disbursements accounts within the various bank platforms as needed. Provide copies of cleared checks upon request. These are obtained either verbally or through the banking platforms.

Answers incoming telephone calls from Medical Providers and Auto Body Shops. Researches and routes call appropriately, answering procedural and general questions. This may also include applying knowledge and interpretation of policy coverage for multiple states and systems. Answers incoming telephone calls from customers looking for guidance as it relates to UBI devices. Processes medical bills and demand packages for multiple states and systems and identifies those which may qualify for a possible PPO discount in Massachusetts.
