In my role as Account Administrator, I directly interfaced with clients, supporting pre-sale, campaign execution, and post-sale needs. I also supported multiple sales representatives at once to ensure client advertising needs were met and exceeded. To do so, I coordinated and collaborated with internal departments to create and maintain open and frequent communications to support campaign needs. I managed upcoming campaign art deadlines, changes to client profiles, and other operational campaign tasks. In addition, I supported new product solutions for target markets. As an Innovation Product Specialist, I efficiently manage dozens of daily, ongoing B2B ad campaigns across industry verticals. I assist and support the creation and execution of upcoming ad campaigns, including deadline management, collaboration, and continuous ad optimization to meet client needs.
