About Miranda Ellis

Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and not recognised the person looking back at you?Do you feel rudderless, like you've lost your sense of purpose and direction? How would you like to rediscover your clear sense of purpose and identity, get your confidence back, beat stress and imposter syndrome? If you're feeling like there must be more to life, you're not alone. Lots of women in their 40s and 50s especially, find themselves in a kind of wilderness, brought on by sudden changes in their lives, whether it's job loss, divorce or separation, 'empty nest syndrome', or bereavement. Then of course there are the hormonal changes of peri-menopause, adding an extra layer of challenge, as if it wasn't already hard enough! Most women struggle through the wilderness alone and it can take years to emerge the other side. But with the right support, you can rediscover your purpose and true identity, ready to embrace life again, without wasting precious time.I know how it feels because I've been there. After a significant bereavement, my career and marriage suffered. Now I'm divorced, with a grown up son away at uni, and loving my life, running my own business that helps women to blossom and thrive in the next phase of their lives.******************************************************************************************************Schedule a quick chat:https://calendly.com/miranda-coach/15minJoin my Group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/midlifemastery4women******************************************************************************************************
