General responsibilities include establishing professional, trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with clientele (providing them with outstanding customer service), supervising the sales floor/delegating tasks amongst associates, training employees, working to achieve daily/monthly sales goals, opening and closing the store, motivating my sales team/continuously educating them about our brand and our store, handling customer complaints/diffusing problems, problem aversion, Recruiting and interview potential employees, Receive and unpack monthly shipments and set the floor, create a schedule accommodating to the team, and monitoring traffic and business trends.
