I have performed audits and mystery shops for retail, restaurant, shipping carrier, and hotel locations.

I worked as a Long Term Substitute for a Third Grade Reading Class at Dream Lake Elementary. I introduced two classes to the new school year and classroom. I created and taught lessons while also managing student behaviors. I reached out to parents and made sure each student had a parent or guardian with access to Class Dojo. In utilizing the Class Dojo program, I made sure to include captions for all images so non-English speaking parents could use the in app translation feature. I managed paperwork and grades for the class and kept things organized.

As a contractor to transcription websites like CrowdSurf and Transcribe Me, I transcribe audio on various topics. I follow given guidelines which can vary by site or project.
