Ook kom ik langs bij bedrijven, festivals, events, families en andere gezellige groepen om workshops op locatie te geven. In maximaal twee uurtjes leer ik je een nieuwe skill en ga je vol trots met je zelfgemaakte items de deur uit!

Always focused on improving and optimizing work processes so that my customers can be served better and faster. Whether it's setting up a product knowledge base, recording online training material or meeting the customer for a live training about our ATS (Applicant Tracking System - SaaS solution). I enjoy improving the ways our customers can gain more knowledge about our products. Next to this, I'm responsible for the complete process of rolling out new career sites for our customers.

I get my energy in this position from optimizing processes in collaboration with our partners and customers, running large and small campaigns and analyzing the results through data. Guiding my team and finding talents to expand them further and take them to a higher level. I work together with fantastic and motivated people, enthusiastic and driven customers and that is why everything comes together in this position!

Amsterdam

Entered as Project Manager and progressed to Account Manager. Acted as the main person of contact for new customers that were added to my portfolio so I could make sure all their projects were picked up. This included brainstorm sessions with the internal team, sometimes including the customer. Creating an overall budget, planning and scope of the project. Briefing creatives/development (and partners such as video production, copywriter, music editing, etc) and updating the customer on progress (expected delays and next steps included ofcourse). Most proud of the build of, and video production for the bol.com Shopping cart and the idea and construction of the Miele Powerwash and its implementation at Lowlands Festival (not just the idea and result, but also running a crew of 40 people working really hard during the Festival weekend). Collaborated with a great team, fantastic partners and customers with guts!

Amsterdam

Got to know our e-learning platform (SaaS) for our customer HTC in a support role. Got promoted to Project Manager very quickly and rolled out the platform worldwide. Due to our growth, the support team grew with us so I created and supervised my own Support team. I trained our new employees on our platform and once they each managed their own set of countries, I focussed on global projects together with our customer in HTC HQ.Having contact on a daily basis with my customer at HTC HQ in London, reporting status of EMEA countries on management level. Created, implemented and rolled-out multiple B2C campaigns with development and creative studio. Ofcourse being responsible for overall planning, budget and reporting. I’ve given CMS training for the marketing manager of new countries that were added. Online, but also from Munich to Dubai, always with great pleasure and with the desired output of quick adaptation. Most of all, I worked with a great team and a fantastic customer.

Glo

Discovering the world, improving my language skills, working with people and trying to give something special to every flight. But of course also monitoring flight safety, providing the passengers with a snack and drink and working together in a fantastic (huge) team.
