I am a highly motivated, thrives under pressure, and a caring individual. I am very organized, responsible, and I am able to perform multiple tasks at a time. I have experience in sales, food, and office work. My most recent experiences have been in school settings working with special education and doing respite care for children with disabilities. I received my associates in 2012 and my plan was to become a teacher. After exploring different options and throughout my career I decided to obtain my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. I currently work at Elmer Knopf Learning Center as a special education paraeducator. I work within the adult ASD program. I assist the teacher in various tasks as well as being able to handle stressful situations due to behaviors. Communication is used between teachers, staff, the principal and parents daily.
