Maintaining internal and external Tableau workbooks related to Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Health Home Plus (HH+), Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS), and other programs facilitated by the New York State Office of Mental Health. Creating monthly quality data check procedures and quality assurance protocols for monthly Tableau updates.

Researching interest in utilization of online shopping among WIC participants. Assisted in the development and administration of surveys in Qualtrics and Survey Monkey. Analyzed collected survey data and WIC administrative participant data in SAS and Excel. Created technical reports and non-technical presentations of research results for a variety of stakeholders.

Entry, analysis, and summary of quality data from hospital activities in Microsoft Excel. Supported public reporting program and collaborated with other quality data analysts and quality department members to create graphics and dashboards that display quality metrics and actual hospital performance.
