-Management of the Wilson Park Recreation Center and all subset programs including Cultural and Arts Programming, Special Needs Programming, Athletics, and Enrichment programs.-Oversee the Youth Advisory Commission that has 16 members and focuses on youth engagement and volunteerism as well as increasing education about work in municipalities. -Maintain and oversee an annual budget for all programs out of the Wilson Park Recreation Center-Lead and Train a staff of 10-30 during different seasons on exceptional internal and external customer service skills, proper paperwork, and risk management.-Created and routinely evaluates the Standard Operating Procedures manual for the Wilson Park Recreation Center-Coordinated and developed the training plan for the 2020 and 2021 TRAPS Regional Conference in Temple, TX -Travelled and trained multiple agencies at state conferences on games training, effective communication, and E-Sports/STEM programming -Researched and compiled satisfactory data towards CAPRA Accreditation alongside management team -Work with school districts, volunteers, and special interest groups in planning, organizing, and implementing community events and programming

As a Learning Coach, I am certified to train on CORE basics for my organization, introduction into the movement, and supplemental training on a variety of topics such as increasing average daily attendance and best practices.With the National Training Associate title, I train across the nation for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America on subjects in my alignment, which currently include the Year of the Teen Initiative.

- Responsible for overseeing the daily clubhouse operations, including implementation of programming in the areas of Academic, Spiritual, and Art Enrichment and Recreation. - Responsible for networking in the community and fundraising for the program as well as constantly adapting and changing the programs based on the needs of our community and being on the forefront of providing enriching experiences for our families. - Helps coordinate after school and summer JAM (Jesus and Me) Sessions per week for 180 (after school) - 250 (summer) kids. - Oversees staffing, training, and budgeting for after school, summer, and CAFCP Food Program, including creation of a menu and cooking snack for 180 kids per day.

As Unit Director for AYPYN (Army Youth Programs in Your Neighborhood) Palo Alto Club, I will over see the daily program implementation, train and lead staff, and be responsible for the communications between Palo Alto Middle School and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Texas network.As of August 2016, accepted the Unit Director position at the Belton Christian Youth Center, an affiliate of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas, located in Belton, Texas. Our site averages 200+ students daily in our summer program and we are looking to expand our after school program to reach more youth who need us the most in the Belton, Temple, Salado, Nolanville, and Killeen area.

Right hand to the Unit Director, I help facilitate lessons and programs as well as make sure the staff is on task with their programming. I also coordinate with the volunteers and run the parent committee, plan field trips, and assist with staff development and coaching.
