I love knowing that I am part of something greater. Growing up I have had the privilege of living in different countries and different areas of the United States. I was used to being the new girl and had to learn to adapt quickly , make new friends, and find my place. My studies at Brigham Young University have allowed me to learn more about our society; the unifying power of human connection as well as the social injustices that call us to stand up for our oppressed neighbor. Throughout my work experience so far I have most enjoyed greeting new patients at the dentist office, chatting about their day and working with students and parents to find solutions and ways to better their college experience. I believe we all have opportunities to work together toward something great. The workforce allows us to forge connections between strangers and seek growth and friendship.
