I’ve worked retail for 5+ years, ranging from sales associate to first assistant manager. Duties included opening/closing registers, handling cash and sales transactions, signing up customers for store credit cards, managing up to 4 other associates at a time, helping customers, building sales and ensuring the store runs smoothly. I have also worked as a receptionist part time for 5+ years on an off at a family owned business. Duties imclude answering phones, scheduling customers for 3 different work crews, updating crews and customers throughout the day and taking notes down for the owner. I also have been going to school taking multiple child development classes and have experience working with children in daycare facilities.
