I graduated with honors from Baldwin Wallace College in December of 2010. My bachelor of arts focused on Health Promotion and Education with a major concentration in Personal Wellness. My occupational background has equipped me with a variety of skills that touch several bases in the health and wellness field. These skills include personal training in a gym setting, assisting patients with rehabilitation therapy through chiropractic guidance, diet and nutrition counseling at a local business franchise, and educating the public on the benefits of organic and locally purchased foods. I am very eager to expand my already acquired knowledge in this field as I am a firm believer in the fact that knowledge is power. It is my goal to obtain a long-term career in this field, and am very passionate about my work being part of a successful end result of helping the population achieve optimal wellness through lifestyle choices.Specialties: Couseling clients to make healthy choices that support their health and helping them to reach an overall goal of optimal wellness.Finding ways to promote all aspects of health which includes mental, physical, spiritual, social, environmental, and intellectual health in an effort to create balance and once again achieving optimal wellness.
