In the role of Product Owner, I am responsible for:• Coordinate and manage meetings for sprints definitions;• Define the rules and functionalities of the Product Backlog;• Improve definitions through refinements;• Represent the interests of the user areas (Stakeholders) involved in backlog;• Ensure that the Product Backlog is transparent and clear to all involved;• Ensure continuous improvement with the team;• Homologate and ensure quality in the deliveries;• Create email marketing campaigns and user journeys

Definition of the product backlog considering the company strategy, user data and SEO strategy;Creation and management of the product backlog using User Stories;Participation on the full cycle of Scrum (planning, daily, sprint review etc);Definition of OKRs.QA testing;Product Discovery with the UX team.

Follow the daily metrics;Implementation of Tag Manager;Creation of dashboards of traffic and conversion metrics;Follow email marketing performance;Definition of Growth strategies;Work with SEO consultant to increase the organic traffic.

Creation of E-mail marketing content for external customers;Creation of banner texts for the Portal; Writing technical content about Civil Construction; Coverage of industry events; Production of technical-commercial content for external clients; Publish technical articles on the Portal; Writing news about the Civil Construction market.

Production of technical releases about construction products;Production of blog posts for platforms focused on civil engineering and architecture;Industry event coverage.

Management of the technical knowledge base, insertion of training in a e-learning platform, preparation for internal audits and creation of processess and flowcharts
