Dental Sales

• Establish and increase sales of Elevate Oral Care products. Meet sales and activity quota goals on a quarterly basis• Effective time and territory management to maximize phone, mail or Internet based sales through Lunch & Learns, group seminars, cold calls and follow-up meetings• Responsible for timely, scientifically sound and well-prepared delivery of L&L staff meetings• Responsible for the maintenance of present sales base and increasing sales by selling to new users, cross selling to existing customers and penetration with new product introduction. Demonstrate products and usage to existing/potential customers. Expedite resolution of any issues• Territory: 20 states (California, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Alaska, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Florida, Wisconsin, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut, Maine, Montana, Utah, North Carolina, South Carolina). Assist with WA, OR, ID, MI, IN & KY

Lead Circuit OR and Physicians on NPWT. Clinical specialist and end user to nursing staff on wound care therapy. Customer service, sales and operational support to key accounts: Capital Equipment, Biomed Eqpt and Wound Care Products-Negative Pressure and Specialty Beds. In-service education to ICU, Nursing Staff and OR Physicians. Assistance with product selection on specialty bed spa wound care products. Worked with LTAC, Home Health Facilities, VA Hospitals and Non-Profit Hospitals

Oral health patient education, digital radiography, scaling and root planing, curettage, nitrous oxide sedation, sealant placement, treatment planning, nutritional recommendations, fluoride application, experience with Eaglesoft/Dentrix. Promote and sell dental products: Zoom, sub-gingival medications. Marketed to area businesses. Managed staff certifications. CE requirements met. Hygiene protocol development.
