Here is my story: I took a job out of college where I could “use my degree” and hated every minute of it! I wanted to work in business and could not get hired because as a new grad I did not have any experience--imagine that.A recruiter reached out to me about the Enterprise Management Trainee Program and I absolutely avoided every email attempt, until finally I was truly desperate and had nothing to lose. I met with Beth Wright in April of 2017 and she told me exactly what my life could look like IF I put in the work. Shortly after I met with Caley Krug a female powerhouse leader--who worried if I really wanted to clean cars?? I joined Enterprise as a temporary solution until "something better came along" and it never did. The development and investment in my professional and personal growth was exactly what I was craving. I wanted to work hard, be challenged, and be a BOSS. I managed teams and fleets all over the DC Metro and ranked at the top with the best of the best—and that was just the first 4 years of my career. In 2021, I joined the Talent Acquistion Team with very little clue what or how recruiting works, but what I did know is what it looks like to work my way up through my company, and so I sold that over and over again until I was an indispensable business partner internally and externally. In 2023, I accomplished not only the coveted "Level lll" promotion, but I had the pleasure of moving to the Middle Tennessee Market where I am still committed to connecting talent with opportunity, top-notch training and development. That is in seven years, what is next?? I do not know yet but in the meantime, let’s connect if you are ready to start your career!
