I coordinate the marketing efforts of Hidden Valley Orthodontics and Escondido Children's Dental which include the following duties:- Manage Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts.- Design all internal and external digital and print marketing materials.- Manage ECD's social media ads- Shoot and edit all photos and videos including ad content.- Planned, marketed and ran 2021 Patient Appreciation Day at The Wave Waterpark.- Run monthly Dress-up Contest as well as monthly counting contests for ECD and promotional and seasonal contests for HVO.

- Create graphic designs for social media campaigns- Research outreach, ads, market, etc.- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns

- Generate media lists for pitches.- Write pitches, press releases, coverage flags, employee bios and fact sheets.- Create monthly and annual PR reports.- Track and update team on media moves on a weekly basis.

-Write press releases, abstracts, advertisement copy, blogs, social media posts, call and email scripts and email blasts.-Edit all forms of communication including the CCI website, videos, proposals and news articles.-Train and manage a team of 4 marketing interns to develop an outreach database and execute call and email campaigns in order to promote upcoming events, recent successes, and community awareness campaigns.-Work closely with Cal Poly communications to maintain the campus standard of internal and external marketing.-Design and write copy alongside the press core team for a marketing plan, website, and other digital and print content.-Help plan, build, market and execute events including the 2018 California Cyber Innovation Challenge and the 2018 Bugbash Internet of Things Hackathon.

-Send a newsletter to club members along with other mass e-mail announcements and texts.-Plan all of the club leader meetings and take notes as well as distribute these notes to everyone via e-mail and google docs after the meetings. -Generate content pertaining to the GLO Club for the Mercy Church social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram posts.

-Managed the storage and maintenance of approximately $300,000 of State of California high technology property. -Supplied students and staff with audio/visual technology and educated them on their uses. -Provided customer service over-the-phone and over-the-counter to students and staff.-Assist the staff with technological problems over-the-phone and in classrooms.

-Managed a team of over 30 student journalists while writing and editing articles.-Shot and edited photos and designed nationally award-winning newspaper pages.
