• Serve as a primary point for escalations from First Data's Presidential Unit and senior management to ensure client satisfaction for all SMB Direct clients and business consultants• Take action to prevent future occurrence’s• Make critical decisions and provide direction based on incidents/requests• Problem Management – Provide technical evaluation; contribute to overall Problem Management • Evaluate and provide direction with updating SMB Direct Second level procedures • Review clients voice of customer surveys and follow with the clients for additional assistance • Educate the business consultant and clients of the best pricing structure to use for particular account set up's• Assist with increasing First Data's Net Premoter Score (NPS) by contacting the clients based off of feed back they have provided in a survey about their services • Review and update, rates and fees upon reviewing tge account with the client and discussing options on how to drive processing cost down• Act as an back up team lead to assist other owner associates with questions they may have to provide client satisfaction
