- Support clinical project managers and field monitors in all activities during pre-study start-up, site initiation, remote monitoring, site management, and database lock and study close-out. - Co-monitoring to assist in review the investigator site binder, perform drug accountability and other tasks as deemed necessary. - Participate in the vendor selection process and assist with all start –up activities. Oversee ongoing vendor activities as appropriate.- Track screening and enrollment activities for ongoing studies and provide updates in project team meetings; prepare and distribute agenda/ minutes.- Assist in the development of study related documents (ICF’s, protocols, IB’s, clinical monitoring plans, etc.)- Maintain TMF oversight and ensure all study documents are accounted for, in conjunction with regional CRAs and CTA- Create, maintain and distribute site/enrollment and monitoring visit trackers on a weekly basis- Provide support to regional CRAs prior to, during, and after site visits- Assist with development of recruitment plan and provide enrollment updates- Assist with review of monitoring reports and help track issues and data trends at sites- Perform regular reviews of data according to data review/monitoring guidelines; work directly with the data management and safety teams on query escalation - Assist with contract and budget process and tracking

- Manage pharmacovigilance, medical safety monitoring, safety reporting and data monitoring of subjects enrolled in clinical trials- Interface with Sponsors, CROs and vendors regarding project timelines, patient safety and data review- Monitor project timelines- Manage clinical and laboratory databases- Interface with physicians on data review and analysis of safety events

- Communicate directly with patients and Dietitians to provide appropriate meals based on dietary restrictions- Maintain and manage CBORD Diet Office Management System, CBORD Nutrition Service Suite, room service and tray service based on needs of the department and coordinate with Nursing, IT, and Educational Departments- Train employees on the CBORD system- Coordinate procedures for administrative operations and user manuals- Coordinate interfaces between the hospital computer system and CBORD system which includes testing and training to assure accurate orders are received - Supervise the diet office - Conduct testing, develop training materials and facilitate hospital wide transition to Paragon system

Conduct research in Rutgers campus dining halls pertaining to food and nutrition.Supplied and developed education materials for on campus and online distribution to students regarding proper nutritional habits.

Collect and analyze data for current research projects.

Assist on-site Dietitian with menu correction, patient counseling, and initial patient assessment.
