Provide customer support for multiple cloud-based websites utilizing call, chat, and email, share feedback to improve processes for our team, facilitate projects as requested by management, monitor call activity, maintain a high level of documentation for every interaction, assist in the implementation of any new launches, resolve any issues in a time efficient manner, continuously strive to support team members and answer questions.

Evaluate performance of current agents on their interactions with customers using a specific criterion, consult with the clients to ensure cohesive grading process and satisfaction, coach agents to improve performance, implement new processes as deemed necessary by management, provide feedback on all levels.

Consult with students and others regarding Financial Aid and Billing. Review accounts to determine and explain next steps for college at multiple schools across the U.S. Walk them through the process of resolving aforementioned issues. Follow a specific criterion in accordance with Quality Assurance on each and every call.

Assist licensed agents with day to day tasks, make changes to policies, quote policies, research issues that may arise, take payments, file important papers, etc.

Maintain licensure according to state guidelines, Inbound calls, assist customers with understanding their limits for personal lines insurance, assist both agents and customers with billing, simplify state requirements for customers, make changes to policies, etc.

Inbound/Outbound calls, collect payments, provide customer service for American water clients, advise on water leaks, service orders, etc.

Providing quality customer service, selling of discount cards and magazines, recommending merchandise to customers, stocking shipments, and running a register.

Selling of high-quality merchandise, meeting sales goals, working in a commission based environment, cash register, and paperwork.
