Vukasovic has worked in the fields of art, architecture, design for over ten years with her work taking her from Zagreb to Rio de Janeiro, Paris to Mexico City, Milan to New York, London to Beijing and most recently to Porto. Vukasovic has extensive experience in project design and production, drawing from her collaborations with design studios across Europe, Asia and South and Central America including as Exhibition Designer and curator with Renzo Piano Building Workshop and most recently as a Brand Overseer and Designer for Clou Beijing.In 2013, Vukasovic presented her first jewelry designs “ARTchitecture”, in Today Art Museum, Beijing. Since 2018 Vukasovic has designed furniture for STUDIOTWENTYSEVEN, latterly has created works in conjunction with Peking Art Associates for Star, Sydney and has designed a sound and light performance pavilion for the inaugural Gobi Heaven Art Festival (2019). In 2020 she was awarded with 1st Prize for designing Cannes Temporary Cinema by Archasm. In 2021, she founded TIMES TWO company based in Porto/Lisbon working on expanding brands through tailor-made narratives and unconventional happenings.Vukasovic holds a Master’s Degree in Design from the Polytechnic of Milano (2007) and a Master’s Degree in City Transformation and Urban Planning in Mexico city with Centro Metropolitano de Arquitectura Sostenible and Universidad Politecnica de Cataluña (2009).Vukasovic founded The Radiance, an experimental group of musicians combining Eastern and Western instrumentation. The Radiance completed their second album in 2019, with an audio-visual ‘installation’ that includes recreating space through site- specific audio vibrations, premiered in 2021. The Temple was recorded in a 600 year-old temple in Beijing, the international collaborators included Grammy award winning producer Jeff Bova, Ned Douglas. After this release, Miranda was invited by the acclaimed filmmaker Julie Gautier to adapt music as soundtrack to her stunning underwater dance.Vukasovic was invited to speak about forms of collaborations in her experience at The New Museum, New York, organized by CMYK Matinee in February 2018. Once again blurring boundaries between art forms, in March 2019 she directed the exhibition-specific musical and dance performance in conjunction with Marc Quinn’s exhibition at The Central Academy of Fine Art Museum, Beijing.Miranda is also part of Os Arranjadores a multi-disciplinary collective based in Porto, where she creates and build fully functioning, original instruments out of recycle materials that have become waste.
