Manage all aspects of human resources and employee relations for Arthrex China. Works with the Director of HR APAC in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR activities in Country, in alignment and agreement with China GM.

China Staffing Head (Oct 2018- Jun 2019): Leading 4 immediate subordinates/leads，along with 15 members team. Taking care of all the Talent Acquisition (external hiring) and Resource Management (internal allocation/rotation/fluidity of employees) for TCS China.BPS Talent Acquisition Lead (May/2017-May/2018): Leading 10 members (6 recruiters+4 sourcing members) recruiting team to work on the talent fulfillment for all the Business Process Services accounts. During a year, total rolled out 1300+ offers and get 80%+ candidates joined, most of them are for a new ramp-up account.Talent Engagement Head (07/2016-05/2017): Leading 4 members’ HRBPs in each location to engage employees in contributing more to the goals and success of the organization. Drive engagement in the associates’ performance as well as their retention. Monitor the legal compliance of HR policies and operations.HRSSC Head (12/2015-06/2016): Heading 3 members’ SSC team to support the employee life cycle from hiring to separation.Talent Development Lead (L&D) (11/2014-11/2015): Employ both internal and external resources to drive various online and offline, global and China local learning programs to do the competency building. Academic Interface Program Lead (Campus Hire & University-enterprise cooperation) (11/2014-11/2015): Work as part of Talent Acquisition team for the junior talents hiring. Lead the 2015-2016 TCS China campus hire program.HRBP&OD (07/2012-07/2014):Work closely with Business Delivery Head for Talent Engagement strategy and activities to improve the people management and retention.
